We were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Mr. Edward Woloszyn a long-time employee of the Institute of Fertilizers (INS) in Pulawy, now Łukasiewicz – New Chemical Syntheses Institute.
Edward Woloszyn, M.Sc., was one of the key figures associated with the development of the Pulawy chemical plant. From the beginning of Zakłady Azotowe Puławy, he participated in its creation and expansion, holding responsible managerial positions in the area of investment and development. After his work at Zakłady Azotowe Puławy ended, he remained actively involved with Łukasiewicz – INS for many years. He was valued for his professionalism, foresight and significant contribution to building the technical and organizational foundations on which the Institute’s activities developed. The passing of Mr. Edward Woloszyn is a great loss to the Institute community.
