- Determining the prospective directions of research and implementation activities of the Network institute;
- Adoption of the statutes of the Network institute;
- opinion:
- organizational regulations of the Network institute,
- annual activity plans of the Network institute,
- annual reports on the activities of the Network institute,
- Net profit distribution project of the Network institute;
- Expressing opinions on matters concerning the activities of the Network institute presented by the director or bodies of the Łukasiewicz Center.
