On August 27, 2025, the President of Grupa Azoty, Mr. Andrzej Skolmowski, visited the Łukasiewicz Research Network – New Chemical Syntheses Institute for a working visit. During the visit, the President and the Director of the Institute reviewed areas of cooperation between Grupa Azoty and the Institute, and discussed opportunities for joint activities in the area of decarbonization of ammonia production. Decarbonization of production of the base raw material for nitrogen fertilizers produced by the Grupa Azoty is the biggest challenge and problem in solving which the Institute would like to play a key role.
