The foreign research internship of Sebastian Schab, PhD, a researcher in the Fertilizer Research Group at Łukasiewicz – INS, carried out at the headquarters of Casale SA in Switzerland, has come to an end.
The internship was an important part of R&D cooperation between our institutions, focused on the integration of methods for the evaluation and kinetics of the release of fertilizer components from controlled-release fertilizers (CRFs). During his stay, Dr. Schab exchanged experiences and developed innovative approaches to the evaluation of CRF technology, as well as identified opportunities for joint activities in other areas of the fertilizer industry.
The result of the internship is to deepen research cooperation and set directions for further joint projects in the development of CRF fertilizer technology and other innovative solutions in the fertilizer industry, while remaining flexible to the dynamically changing external environment.
