Apparatus

  • Installation for testing the process of fertilizer granulation in a continuous system – capacity of 50-200 kg/h of product, consisting of the following nodes:
    • Dosing and preparation system for raw materials and pulp.
    • Granulation node: mixer granulation, disc and drum granulation.
    • Drying and cooling node: drum and belt dryer.
    • Granular classification and conditioning node (screens, sifters and surface treatment equipment).
    • The system of cleaning and dust removal of air from individual nodes.
  • Testing plant for the production of liquid clarified and slurry fertilizers, equipped with:
    • Reactors for the preparation of process pulps, solutions and melts.
    • Mixers, homogenizers, filter press: for obtaining stable and homogeneous products.
    • Mills for grinding raw materials and controlling particle size in suspensions.
  • ERWEKA’s set of laboratory equipment for testing and processing bulk materials:
    • Mixers: cubic, hopper, planetary and zeta mixers.
    • Disc granulator.
    • Compactor.
  • Thermal analysis kit for TG-DTA and TG-DSC methods:
