1. Manufacturing services:

  • Treatment of materials for extraction (drying, grinding and granulation of plant materials in an inert gas atmosphere).
  • Production of plant extracts from entrusted plant raw materials using carbon dioxide under supercritical conditions (according to a certified HACCP system with extension to Codex Alimentarius requirements).
  • Production of hemp extracts using the supercritical extraction process. We hold a permit from the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate to process and manufacture dried hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) for the purpose of manufacturing and distributing an extract containing Group II-P psychotropic substances, with the option of providing commercial analytical services.
  • Production of hop pellets and extracts using carbon dioxide under supercritical conditions (in accordance with the implemented HACCP system).
  • Fractionation of products obtained by supercritical extraction.
  • Micronization of API active substances for the pharmaceutical industry under conditions of controlled purity, supervised in the GMP system, certified by the General Pharmaceutical Inspectorate and in the Quality Management System in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 (the possibility of grinding below 10 micrometers).
  • Production of catalysts and carriers according to the Employer’s technology.

2. Design services:

  • Development of technological process concepts and feasibility studies (feasibility studies).
  • Computer-aided design, modeling, simulation, and optimization of unit processes and operations, as well as full process sequences.
  • Development of process flow diagrams (PFDs) and technology and measurement diagrams (PIDs).
  • Develop process designs for process nodes or entire industrial plants.
  • Modernization of existing industrial facilities (ammonia, nitric acid).
  • Design and development of premise documentation for apparatuses.
  • Delivery of technical documentation for developed process projects (ammonia, nitric acid, mineral and mineral-organic fertilizers).

Extraction area

  • Study of the process of pretreatment of plant raw materials for extraction.
  • Study and optimization of the process of supercritical extraction of plant raw materials at laboratory and semi-technical scale.
  • Production of experimental batches of extracts from entrusted plant raw materials.

  • Studies of the impregnation process of polymers, especially of natural origin.
  • Studies of biomass pyrolysis process under supercritical conditions.

Micronization area

  • Attempts to micronize API active substances to a well-defined granularity.
  • Mixing, grinding and micronization of inorganic and organic raw materials to a well-defined grain size at laboratory and small-scale.
  • Preparation of application batches of materials with a well-defined grain size under high-purity GMP or industrial conditions.
  • Grain classification by measuring the particle size of the substance using pharmacopoeial quality control methods.
  • Measurement of electrolytic conductivity of aqueous solutions.

Plastics and biodegradable area

  • Optimization of processing conditions for plastics and biodegradable plastics.
  • Laboratory trials of plastics extrusion, especially biodegradable plastics.
  • Modification and processing of plastics using a twin-screw extruder.
  • Reactive extrusion.
  • Injection molding processing.
  • Obtaining trial batches of plastic granules.
  • Obtaining multilayer films by extrusion blow molding or flat head extrusion.
  • Lamination.
  • Study of mechanical, thermal, structural, rheological and physicochemical properties of plastics.

Catalyst area and catalytic processes

  • Preparation of supports and specific catalytic materials with different chemical composition and physicochemical properties.
  • Formation of solid materials (zeolites, carriers, catalytic materials) into shapes of varying geometries and sizes.
  • Scale-up of unit operations for the synthesis of catalytic materials.
  • Studies of the kinetics of catalytic reactions and the deactivation and thermal decomposition processes of catalysts under real process conditions.

  • Testing of fertilizers, mineral and organic-mineral fertilizers, and mineral crop aids as part of the procedure for their approval – according to national regulations.
  • Testing and selection of fertilizer conditioning agents. Testing performed by an Accredited Laboratory (accreditation number AB 180).
  • Chemical analysis, testing of physical properties of raw materials and plant products and plant extracts, including hops and fiber hemp.
  • Identification and quantitative testing of cannabinoids: CBDVA, CBDV, CBDA, CBGA, CBG, CBD, THCV, CBN, Δ9-THC, Δ8-THC, CBC, THCA (GIF approval) in plant raw material extracted from fiber hemp (Cannabis sativa L.), plant and plant-derived products or containing isolated plant-derived compounds obtained by processing fiber hemp.

  • Particle size studies of colloidal suspensions and nano compounds, determination of molecular weight and zeta potential.

  • Briquetting parameters, mechanical strength and aging of pellets.
  • Determination of pathogens in fertilizer products for Salmonella spp. and Escherichia coli counts.
