Technology for manufacturing slurry fertilizers

The technology for producing slurry fertilizer is based on urea nitrate solutions (UAN) with the addition of phosphorus and potassium raw materials. The resulting fertilizer is in the form of a suspension, in which the solid phase is less than 2 mm in size.

Technology for the production of micronized fertilizers

Technology for the production of liquid foliar suspension fertilizers of calcium and micronutrients (Cu, Zn, Mn). What is obtained is a fertilizer in the form of a highly concentrated suspension for the preparation of an application liquid. The solid phase of the fertilizer consists of fractions with a high degree of fineness (less than 10 micrometers), which allows foliar absorption of nutrients through the stomata of plants.

Technology for producing fertilizers for fertigation of orchards and berries

The technology for producing liquid fertilizer is based on nitric acid (HNO3), phosphoric acid (H3PO4), potassium carbonate (K2CO3), ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3) and ammonium sulfate ((NH4)2SO4), with the addition of micronutrient components. Alternatively, a solid fertilizer based on ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3), ammonium sulfate ((NH4)2SO4), urea phosphate (CO(NH2)2-H3PO4), potassium sulfate (K2SO4) and dehydrated magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) is used, with the addition of micronutrient raw materials. Solid fertilizers are completely soluble in water and have a low tendency to clump. Fertilizers produced according to this technology have acidifying properties, which counteracts sedimentation in the irrigation system and reduces the adverse phenomenon of increasing soil pH.

Fertilizer production technologies for forest crops, especially youngsters

BOROVIT (NPKMg 6-6-15-9) and LASOVIT (NPKMg 2-4-20-16) fertilizers are characterized by an increased content of potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg), and a reduced content of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) compared to classical fertilizers.
