Catalyst for reduction of nitrogen oxides – V6/PKR-2
Application
The V6/PKR-2 catalyst is designed for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in waste gases. It can be used in industrial installations using ammonia as a reducing agent.
Characteristics
The V6/PKR-2 catalyst is a precipitated type systems, and its main components are active iron(III) oxide, promoter and aluminum oxide, giving high mechanical strength. The catalyst is offered in the form of cylindrical extrusions by which it provides good mechanical strength. On request, the catalyst can be offered in the form of tablets or Raschig rings.
