Between 14th and 15th May, a Global Invention Forum took place in Limassol in Cyprus. The forum was organized by the International Archimedes Innovation Club with the support of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA) and Ministry of Energy of the Trade and Tourism Industry of the Republic of Cyprus.
Representatives from 20 countries from three different continents attended the forum which was also accompanied by an exhibition and a contest on the subject of inventions and innovative technologies.
The New Chemical Syntheses Institute was awarded a gold medal for the solution: Plant for supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of raw vegetable materials (authors of the solution: Prof. Edward Rój and M. Sc. Kazimierz Kozłowski).
