Her research will focus on aspects related to the search for new synthesis pathways for catalysts used in the Sabatier reaction, i.e., the catalytic conversion of CO\u2082 and hydrogen to methane (SNG \u2013 Synthetic Natural Gas). The research will include the design of materials with advanced geometry that facilitates efficient heat dissipation during the methanation process conducted at elevated temperatures to drastically reduce the risk of hot spots.
