Yearly International Symposium on Industrial Crystallization ISIC, which took place in Glasgow in the UK, attracted researchers and producers of advanced research equipment and representatives of industry.<\/p>\n<p>Such events provide the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest trends and research carried out by the leading researchers and opportunity to discuss and enter into cooperation with well-known Centre for Continuous Manufacturing and Advanced Crystallisation (CMAC) \u2013 one of the sponsors of this event.<\/p>\n<p>During Symposium, researchers of Inorganic Chemistry Research Group from Gliwice: prof. dr hab. in\u017c. Piotr Synowiec and dr in\u017c. Magdalena Stec, presented research results <i>\u201cFertilizer grade magnesium sulphate from flue gas desulfurization\u201d and \u201cAnalysis of the US assistance on nucleation and the crystal size during the precipitation process in the selected reactors\u201d<\/i>.
