During India International Innovation and Invention Exp 2021 held in 13^{th<\/sup>– 16^{th<\/sup> of December in VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology in Hyderabad, the solution developed in our Institute in cooperation with the Institute of Natural Fibres & Medicinal Plants was recognized and appreciated.<\/p>\n}}

A Gold Award was given for the innovation of: The method of dyeing of fabrics and polymer materials<\/i> developed by Edward R\u00f3j, Katarzyna Ty\u015bkiewicz, Marcin Konkol, Piotr Kami\u0144ski, Rafa\u0142 Wiejak, Katarzyna Szmidt-Przewo\u017ana, Ma\u0142gorzata Zimniewska, Karolina Zaj\u0105czek and Barbara Romanowska. The invention presents the method of dying fibres and plant-based polymer materials e.g. silk, linen, cellulose using plant extracts obtained from colouring plants and produced with the application of supercritical carbon dioxide.<\/p>\n

The 6^{th<\/sup> Edition of INEX Fair under patronage of International Federation of Inventor\u2019s Association was organized in hybrid formula. There were side events organized: ECFICIO Entrepreneurship Festival and CONVERGENCE Technology Festival. Participants of the Fair not only competed for jury\u2019s appreciation but they also took part in panel discussions and seminars.<\/p>\n}
