The main goals are to combat gender-based violence, break down gender stereotypes, close the gender gap in the labor market, ensure equivalent participation in various sectors of the economy, address the gender pay gap and achieve gender balance in decision-making.  <\/p><p>At \u0141ukasiewicz &#8211; INS, a task force of employees worked on the development and implementation of the Gender Equality Plan, which analyzed statistical data in this area and the responses given by Institute employees in a survey conducted by the \u0141ukasiewicz Center.
