Dr. Cezary Mo\u017ce\u0144ski <\/strong>is a graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at the Cracow University of Technology and the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he received his Ph.<\/p>

He specializes in ammonia and hydrogen production technology, as well as processes for obtaining and purifying synthesis gases. As a project manager and team leader, he has worked closely with major chemical plants at home and abroad, especially with fertilizer plants. This work resulted in a number of publications (27) and original technical and technological solutions at a world level. This has been confirmed by a number of patents obtained (19) and license sales (53) at home and abroad. He uses his many years of managerial experience to lead the Institute. <\/p>

He serves as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GA ZA “Pu\u0142awy” S.A. and as a member of the Council of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry.<\/p>

He is passionate about skiing, sailing and chemical engineering.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Pawe\u0142 Kowalik, Ph.D., <\/strong>is a graduate of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Maria Curie-Sk\u0142odowska and postgraduate studies at the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology. He holds a postdoctoral degree in engineering sciences in the discipline of chemical engineering. <\/p>

He specializes in applied catalysis and co-develops technologies for manufacturing catalysts and industrial sorbents. He has many years of experience in the preparation and implementation of research, infrastructure and implementation projects carried out in cooperation with the chemical industry. He uses his acquired competencies in directing the Institute’s research activities. <\/p>

Miroslaw Makarewicz, M.Sc <\/strong>. is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Radom University of Technology with a specialization in finance and accounting. He completed postgraduate studies in control and audit at the Business College in Lublin and postgraduate studies in management at the Lublin University of Technology (MBA Diploma). <\/p>

He specializes in financial control of the public sector and is certified as an Internal Auditor of the Public Finance Sector by the Minister of Finance. He has experience in managing entities in the public finance sector performing tasks related to financial supervision and internal control. <\/p>

Marek Inger, Ph.D.,<\/strong> graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at Rzeszow University of Technology, received his doctoral degree from Jagiellonian University (2013), and his postdoctoral degree in the discipline of chemical engineering (2021) from the AGH University of Science and Technology.<\/p>

He serves as a university professor at the Stanislaw Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow’s Faculty of Energy and Fuels in the Department of Fuel Technology. <\/p>

At the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network – New Chemical Syntheses Institute, he has risen through the ranks from chemist to chief specialist during his 24-year career. He is a specialist in the areas of chemical and process engineering, inorganic chemical technology and catalysis. <\/p>

He has participated in numerous implementation and research projects carried out in cooperation with industrial partners and NCRD. He is the co-author of 13 patents and 13 industrial implementations. His scientific achievements include 27 scientific publications (Hirsch Index: 11), and he has presented research results at many national and international conferences. He has received numerous awards for his achievements and professional activity. <\/p>
