The international research internship of dr Sebastian Schab, a researcher from the Fertilizer Research Group at Łukasiewicz – INS, has come to an end. The internship was carried out at the headquarters of Casale SA in Switzerland.
This initiative constituted a significant part of the R&D collaboration between our institutions, focused on the integration of evaluation methods and nutrient release kinetics from controlled-release fertilizers (CRF).
During his stay, dr Schab shared expertise and developed innovative approaches to the assessment of CRF technologies and identified opportunities for joint initiatives in other areas of the fertilizer industry.
The outcome of the internship includes a strengthened research collaboration and the definition of future joint project directions aimed at developing CRF technologies and other innovative solutions in the fertilizer sector, while remaining adaptable to a rapidly evolving external environment.
