The annual meeting of 21 partners of international project: circulaR bioecOnomy Business mOdels owned by agroCOOPeratives (acronym: ROBOCOOP EU) was held from the first to the 3rd July 2025 in Greek Macedonia. Approximately 40 consortium representatives from eight countries participated in the meeting including Łukasiewicz – INS.
During ROBOCOOP EU Project Meeting, results of the project achieved so far were summarized, the strategy for further actions as well as principles for coordination were discussed and strategy for mitigation of risk was planned.
Very important topics of discussion were validation of the concept waste from fruit cultivation and processing, evaluation of technical and business potential of selected streams of biomass processing within circular bio-economy. Leaders of working packages presented results of the most recent valorization tests and attempts of practical use of valuable extracts from sweet cherries, olive residues and grapes.
