We are happy to inform that after meeting all the criteria regarding the compliance assessment of UE products within the scope of B-module, Certification Department of Łukasiewicz – INS has been notified by the European Commission (on NANDO website) under identification number 2972.
This delegation of authority will enable our department to assess the compliance of EU fertilizer products i.e. fertilizers, liming materials, soil improvers, substrates for cultivation, fertilizing product blends with Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5th June 2019 laying down rules on the making available on the market of EU fertilising products and amending Regulations (EC) No 1069/2009 and (EC) No 1107/2009 and repealing Regulation (EC) 2003/2003..
Producers after receipt of EU Type Certificate will be authorized to trade and market EU fertilizing products on the territory of the entire European Union.
